We have two main sources of pork
"Our Piggy Co-op" including the pigs reared on our farm and our friends and neighbours farms rearing to a high standard on straw pens or outdoor reared - The majority of the pork we use is from 'our piggy co-op'
" Gubbeen Cured Range " which uses pork from Stauntons of Timoleague which only uses pigs from farms in Munster and is Bord Bia quality assured. ( we are phasing out this source of pork as we fully lean towards Piggy Co-op which is what almost all our products are made from

DRY CURED BACON RANGE - Smoked or unsmoked, sliced, catering or whole
SALAMI RANGE - RETAIL AND CATERING pepperoni, salami, chorizo, skinny to large or retail packs
BRINED MEATS - Hams smoked or unsmoked, portioned or whole on or off the bone
SAUSAGE, MARINATED MEATS - Chops, ribs, and various sausage flavours
FRESH MEATS - Shoulders, belly, loin, fillets, offal, unique cuts, whole sides
HOT SMOKED MEATS - hot smoked ham, hot smoked sauage, ribs etc
